Don't see yours? We're based in Milford, PA and cover the Poconos, Hudson Valley, North Jersey and NYC. Travel within an hour of Milford is included. Beyond that, a travel fee applies, and we'll include it in your quote.

The Ballroom Large eventsWe set up against the wall closest to the dance floor and load in through the back loading entrance. Cocktail hour is usually in the Parlor.
The Birch Room Medium eventsWe set up on the wall next to the bar and load in through the Mr. Shane's entrance.
The Parlor Small eventsWe set up on the wall that backs up to the Ballroom and load in through the Mr. Shane's entrance.

Open Air Chapel Ceremonies, weather permittingWe drive our equipment right to the site.
Stone Arena Cocktail hour, weather permittingThe most common spot for cocktail hour.
The BarnThe most common room for dancing, and sometimes dinner too. If the weather doesn't cooperate, it can also hold the ceremony or cocktail hour. When it's the main reception room, we set up opposite the fireplace.
The AtriumThe most common room for the grand entrance, dinner and toasts. It can also hold the ceremony or cocktail hour if the weather doesn't cooperate. When it's only for dinner, we set up on the mezzanine with a speaker up top. When it holds dancing too, the main speakers go on the floor.
