Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We can send a certificate naming your venue before load-in.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We send an invoice and a W-9 for your accounting team.
How early do you load in?
It depends on the size of the setup, but usually 2 to 4 hours before doors. We'll set the exact time with your venue.
Can you work with the venue's in-house A/V?
Yes. We can run everything, or plug into what the venue already has.
Can you cover multiple rooms at once?
Yes. Main stage and breakout rooms can all run at the same time.
Is everything done in-house?
Yes. Staging, livestreaming, lighting and sound are all run by our own crew.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Milford, PA and cover the Poconos, Hudson Valley, North Jersey and NYC. Travel within an hour of Milford is included. Beyond that, a travel fee applies, and we'll include it in your quote.
How much does it cost?
